This form is for non-members of FET to register for seminars. If you are a member, please login to the Members Only Area. After you submit the registration form, you will be given the option of paying with your credit card. Please follow the links to the "Shopping Cart" where you will choose what you are paying for and then be directed to a PayPal site. FET uses PayPal as its secure payment server; you do not have to be registered as a PayPal user to pay FET.
