Seminar/Course Registration Form for Non-Members

This form is for non-members of FET to register for seminars and courses. If you are a member, please login to the Members Only Area. After you submit the registration form, you will be given the option of paying with your credit card. Please follow the links to the "Shopping Cart" where you will choose what you are paying for and then be directed to a PayPal site. FET uses PayPal as its secure payment server; you do not have to be registered as a PayPal user to pay FET.

Seminars and Courses
Please choose the seminars or courses you are registering for. Holding down the control button on your keyboard will allow you to choose more than one option.

Cancellations for refunds must be received 5 days prior to each seminar or course. If you fail to attend and do not cancel, you are liable for the entire registration fee.
